Updated Hotel
Due to circumstances beyond our control the host hotel for the Spring SRC had to be changed
Below is the link to the new host hotel, all reservations will need to re-done at the new hotel. You may use the link or call the hotel. You must ask for the GROUP RATE CODE BKL for the $70 a night rate, total with tax $80.50 a night. We have a back up hotel and I will get that information out once it is solidified.

The back up hotel is the Hampton Inn Sarasota / Bradenton airport

The rate is the same for both hotels $70 with tax $80.50 this will include the house breakfast every morning 6 - 9 AM at the Hampton Inn. The outdoor pool is heated, an exercise room, plenty of parking a shuttle service is going to be provided between both hotels. The presidents meeting will need to be at the Hampton Inn meeting room. Both hotels are smoke free and green buildings. Smoking is permitted out doors at both properties. The room assignment's will be handled by the room manager at the Holiday Inn if the requested doubles are not able to be accommodated at the Holiday inn we may need to move you to the Hampton Inn. We will keep chapters together as necessary and possible. Again Florida XVIII apologizes for any inconveniences that this change has made.

Self guided rides and dinner on your own, maps and directions at Ball Room
5:00 PM Guided ride to Le Barge for Sunset Cruise departs (Prior Reg. FEE)
6:00 PM – 11:30 PM Ball Room Hospitality open 7 PM appetizers
MUST DISPLAY SRC BADGE/PASS
Chapter sales, raffles, 50/50, silent auction

FRIDAY April 30th
6:00 AM – 9:00 AM optional Breakfast Buffet available $9.99 per person,
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Registration @ Lobby
Banquet seating chart to be available for choices of seating/ last chance
10:00 AM Ride to depart beach lunch; bring your bathing suits WE WILL BRING THE
towels BBQ at South Lido Park and beach 1 PM
11:00 AM self guided rides; see sign up for any other participants to same locations, FL
XVIII set up the line ups out front. At 2 PM a BBQ lunch @ South Lido Park (wear
colors) DISPLAY BADGE/PASS for all FL XVIII members and registered guest.
4:00 PM Presidents Meeting @ introduction of new SRC board and International
representative @ back up hotel meeting room tentative
All Holiday Inn guests assemble at front lot to ride over to meeting @ 3:45 PM
5:00 PM- 11:30 PM Garden Room Hospitality open 7 PM appetizers Tricycle races
