You are at the opening page to the Southern Regional Conference, Inc. (SRC) of the Blue KnightsŪ , Inc. International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. The SRC was organized for the purpose of promoting the Blue KnightsŪ International, Inc., Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, and for fostering closer co-operation and support among the Chapters within the Geographical Conference area.
The Blue KnightsŪ were founded in the Spring of 1974 by several law enforcement officers* from the Bangor, Maine (USA) area who met and formed a small, local motorcycle club. The Blue KnightŪ Founding Fathers are: Joel Rudom, Bill Robinson, Doug Miner, Urban Dyer, Ed Gallant, Mike Hall, Chuck Gesner, Wayne Labree, Chuck Shuman. Soon, Blue KnightŪ chapters were being formed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond. With the addition of Canada, and later Australia, the Blue Knights became an international organization. The rest, as they say, is history.
